General Terms

ck4 apps is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms ("Terms") govern the use of the ck4 apps platform and all its services.

Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to register and participate on ck4 apps is 21 years. 21+ This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

If it is established during registration or a subsequent verification process that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and the return of any deposited funds will be considered based on the circumstances.

In addition, users may not register from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is each user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their country or region.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ck4 apps is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Once a deposit is completed successfully, it is automatically credited to your account.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third party's payment account is prohibited.
• If a deposit payment is unsuccessful, you must contact the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same methods used for deposits are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• ck4 apps reserves the right to hold withdrawals until account verification is complete.
• If the conditions of an active bonus have not been met, the associated winnings may not be withdrawable.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck4 apps offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This means the bonus must be wagered 20 times before it becomes withdrawable.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

ck4 apps regularly provides various promotional offers, including weekly bonuses, slot tournaments, birthday rewards and referral rewards. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms permit it.
• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was granted.
• Complying with the terms of the relevant promotion is mandatory in order to claim a bonus.
• ck4 apps reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be reviewed.

Gaming Policy and Fair Play

6.1 Software and Technology

The outcome of all games on the ck4 apps platform is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully automated and unbiased. No individual or software can influence this process.

6.2 Game Errors

Any unintended payout resulting from a technical error or software malfunction will not be considered valid, and ck4 apps reserves the right to recover that amount. For any bet placed as a result of an error, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market and are displayed in the game interface. It is the user's responsibility to place bets within these limits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck4 apps platform:

1. Creating multiple accounts or having others create them.
2. Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated scripts or any third-party software.
3. Placing bets in a calculated manner with the intent to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
4. Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ck4 apps

ck4 apps may temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of a violation of applicable laws or regulations.

8.2 Closure by the User

A user may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance (if withdrawable) will be provided.
